Milpitas, California , - Sipex Corporation has announced that it has filed an application for the re-listing of its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market. "We have been executing on our plan and believe the time is right to apply. Re-listing on NASDAQ would represent a very significant event for the company. Being re-listed on this global exchange would provide Sipex with greater visibility and access to the capital markets. This is important to our existing shareholders", said CEO Ralph Schmitt.
