Agilent Technologies Completes Asset Acquisition of PXIT Inc., a Test and Measurement Systems Provider for High-Speed Data Communications
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Agilent Technologies Inc. today announced it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of PXIT Inc., a privately held company that provides signal integrity testing systems for broadband optical transceiver manufacturers. Financial details were not disclosed. All of PXIT's Massachusetts-based employees have joined Agilent.
