|Intersil Presents Free Analog Seminars in China to Educate Engineers on Analog Technology and Applications|
MILPITAS, CA - Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog solutions, will present its key analog experts during a five-city tour in China to share the latest analog technology at five free, live seminars to be held in Shenzhen, Xiamen, Chengdo, Guangzhou and Wuhan. �The Analog Authority� is the theme of this year�s analog seminar hosted by Intersil.
Presented by Intersil�s analog experts, the one-day intensive analog seminars will take place from June 26 through July 5, 2006 in China.

Intersil�s analog seminars are designed to address the needs of design engineers and engineering managers.
