Anritsu Corporation has announced the start of sales from 8 February of its Manufacturer Test Suite (MTS) for cost-effective testing on mobile phone production lines when used with the Anritsu MT8820B/MT8815B Radio Communication Analyzer.
Using the MT8820B/MT8815B with MTS supports RF adjustments[*1] and RF Tx/Rx parametric tests[*2] of both W-CDMA/HSDPA and GSM/GPRS/EGPRS mobile phones. Anritsu's development focus on measurement functionality has cut the MT8820B/MT8815B setup cost by 25% (when using MT8820B ParallelPhoneTM measurement setup for dual-mode mobiles) by supporting optional addition of required functions for other applications.
