|VIA EPIA Mainboard Powers Telappliant ArenaTalk Voice Servers|
Taipei, Taiwan - VIA Technologies, Inc announced that VIA EPIA Mini-ITX mainboards have been
adopted by UK-based Telappliant to power a new range of ArenaTalk Voice Servers that provide a complete 'out of the
box' Internet telephony solution for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Offering two main skus geared
specifically for the small or home office ( SOHO ) and for the SME, the ArenaTalk Voice Servers are compact systems
based on the robust, low power VIA EPIA Mini-ITX mainboards within an elegant Tranquil PC chassis. The systems are
easy to configure and manage, with a simple-to-use browser-based interface developed using the highly popular
Asterisk Open Source PBX platform.
With its comprehensive suite of industry-standard SIP (Session
Internet Protocol) based telephony applications, the ArenaTalk Voice Server not only enables companies to
significantly reduce the costs associated with long distance calls, mobile phone calls, and high frequency dialers,
but also helps enhance the efficiency of their operations through a host of advanced features such as call
recording, call monitoring, and call management.
