| Estoy diseñando un puente en h, para ello he realizado un circuito oscilador con el chip SG3524 y circuito de disparo utilizando un transistor BC337 para poder suministrar más corriente y un transformador para el aislamiento.
El oscilador funciona correctamente, pero el circuito driver no funciona como debería. La señal a la salida del transformador no es una señal cuadrada sino un impulso cuyo valor superior es de 5V cuando debería ser de 12V.
Como puedo hacer un circuito driver para que la señal sea la correcta?
PD: La frecuencia de conmutación de los mosfet ha de ser de 100KHz o superior. |
