The FAN21SV06 incorporates a controller, driver and optimized power MOSFETs in a compact 5mm x 6mm MLP footprint. This small package offers over 40 percent space savings compared to a discrete implementation. The TinyBuck™ device is also more energy efficient, providing up to 95 percent efficiency compared to alternate solutions.
